Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of DealRocket, software that helps you build cold email campaigns using your own AI Ark, Smartlead and Instantly accounts. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your accounts and costs

DealRocket connects to services you sign up for and pay for yourself (AI Ark, Smartlead, Instantly, your email inboxes and domains). Their terms and charges apply to you. Lead pulls use your AI Ark credits.

Your responsibilities

• Send email only in ways that follow the laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL.
• Don’t use DealRocket for spam, fraud, harassment or anything unlawful.
• Keep your login and API keys safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Plan limits (such as leads pulled per month) are shown on the Billing page. Payments are processed by Stripe.

No guarantee of results

DealRocket is a tool. We don’t promise any number of replies, meetings, deals or income. Results depend on your offer, targeting, inboxes and effort.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DealRocket running but can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free, including when AI Ark, Smartlead or Instantly change or go down. We may update the software and these terms; we’ll tell you about important changes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Ending your account

You can stop using DealRocket at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
