Cancelling

Cancel any time in Billing → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds

Plans are billed in advance and aren’t refunded for partial months or years. If you were charged by mistake, or something on our side stopped DealRocket working for you, email pablo@vintascale.com within 14 days of the charge and we’ll make it right.

Other services

Charges from AI Ark, Smartlead, Instantly, inbox providers and domain registrars are made by those companies. Ask them directly about their refunds.
